Process and Execution

The project began with the prefabrication of five control cabinets, during which our team identified and eliminated all design errors. The next step involved installation and commissioning of the cabinets in the target operating environment.

Subsequent stages included detailed electrical measurements, confirming the correctness of connections and compliance with documentation. Finally, advanced quality tests were performed, covering short-circuit checks, ProfiNet and Ethernet communication testing, and verification of all torque-tightened connections. As a result, the client received a fully verified and safe system, ready for operation in a demanding logistics environment.
